1-ON-1 HEALTHY BALANCE

Diets don’t work!  Healthy Balance is not a diet, but rather a lifestyle change program you can live with the rest of your life, no matter what your goals are.  Similar to the group program, but done individually by appointment.  Through this 1-on-1 program, you will obtain the tools necessary to begin or continue your journey toward health.  The focus is on nutrition, activity and stress management.  The program is an AASDN & YMCA established program and supported by a Registered Dietitian.  The Coach is an AASDN certified Nutrition Specialist.  Price includes 12 individual appointments, body fat analysis, a manual, an optional food journal, handouts, a food analysis software program, and guidance and coaching throughout, all to help make your journey more successful.

1-ON-1 NUTRITION & WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS

Nutrition + Exercise + Stress management = Success.
Through individual nutrition consultations, exercise, stress management and lifestyle guidance you will find the tools necessary to begin or continue your journey toward health.  Consultations focus on your personal needs related to the following:  Eating habits and lifestyle change, rather than diet; menu planning; calories in vs. calories out; eating intuitively; relationship with food; self-management rather than food management; control over eating; overeating and hunger perception; and reinforces gentle, positive lifestyle changes.  You’ll also receive exercise coaching which keeps you on track with your activity and helps you plan your activity; and, stress management coaching which helps you become aware of your stressors and learn the skills to deal with those stressors.  All this together helps you gain confidence and move you toward your goals successfully.
