Every day people are motivated to join the Y and live healthier. But sometimes we all need advice from an expert or a little extra help and support. Whatever your GOALS are, our certified trainers will help you reach them with a safe, easy-to-follow program that helps you stay motivated and succeed!

FITNESS FAST START

Your personalized consultation will include:
  • Face to Face interview, health history and goal setting
  • Exercise and clean eating guidance
  • Body Composition

During your consultation a member of your Health Team will ask you a series of questions and will then map out a plan for you based on your personal health and fitness GOALS. If the Health History reveals a need to speak to your doctor, a medical release will be provided to be completed by your doctor.
Fee: $20.00, Register & complete Health Questionnaire at the Member Service Desk

PERSONAL TRAINING

Image-for-PT-pageOur knowledgeable and experienced personal trainers will build your customized workout program accompanied with clean eating guidelines so you have a plan to succeed!

We offer a wide variety of strength training programs that are customized to each individual’s goals.  Our trainers will discuss in depth long and short term goals; as well as which target areas need to be monitored and improved. By doing so, we’re able to prepare a program that, over time, will enhance your overall health and fitness. No matter what your goal is, we will work with you directly to accomplish those goals in a safe and healthy environment.

WHAT IS T.E.A.M. TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT TRAINING?

TRANSFORMATION = These small group workout sessions will boost your metabolism & transform your body in just 8 weeks!
EDUCATION = All sessions are taught by one of our highly qualified, experienced, and nationally certified Personal Trainers. They will teach you the proper form of new exercises and variations of your favorites.
ACCOUNTABILITY = We understand that sometimes the hardest part is just getting through the doors to come into the gym! Committing to training and knowing that your fellow T.E.A.M. members are expecting you to be there makes it A LOT easier!
MOTIVATION = Getting out of your comfort zone can be difficult, or even scary, to do when you are alone. We will help you break through your barriers, push your limits, and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. We’ll do it together!
