This scholarship covers tuition costs not met by federal and state grants for Wisconsin families with a household income under $65,000, ensuring no out-of-pocket tuition expenses at Carthage College.

This opportunity is available to new students beginning their studies at Carthage College in fall 2025. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years, supporting students throughout their academic journey.

Eligibility Requirements

• Be a member or program participant of the Kenosha YMCA
• Submit the FAFSA*
• Have a household income of less than $65,000 (Be PELL Eligible as determined by the FAFSA)
• Be a Wisconsin resident
• Have a high school GPA of 2.5 or above
• Must Enroll as a Full Time Student
• Must not be currently enrolled/accepted at Carthage College
