A Safe, Fun, and Enriching Summer Experience for Your Child
Finding the right summer camp is an important decision for parents who want their children to have a safe, structured, and engaging summer experience. At the Kenosha YMCA Summer Day Camp, children participate in adventurous activities, field trips, and learning experiences while building friendships and developing valuable life skills.
The full-day camp runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with extended care included from 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at no additional cost. The 2025 summer camp season runs from June 16 to August 22.


Program Options
- Early Childhood/Preschool Camp (Ages 3½ – 5) – Designed for young campers who have not yet completed Kindergarten. Activities include art, music, games, swimming, and storytelling.
- School-Age Summer Camp (Ages 5 – 12) – A fun-filled summer program featuring arts & crafts, sports, cooking projects, group games, guest speakers, and core value activities.

Scholarship Opportunities
Financial assistance is available for families who have been declined from the Wisconsin Shares Program. Applications can be submitted through the Membership Service Desk or Summer Site Director, with a processing time of 1-2 weeks. Income verification and a Wisconsin Shares decline letter are required.

How to Register for Kenosha YMCA Summer Camp
Enrollment is open, and spots are filling quickly. To register:
- Complete the Enrollment Packet, available online or at the Member Service Desk.
- Review the Parent Policy Book and submit the signed acknowledgment page.
- Look for a confirmation email with further instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Complete online scheduling to finalize registration.
