Open Pickleball

Frequency: Every Week

Location: Courts 3 & 4

Description: Recreational sport, designed to be played by all ages and abilities. Utilizes a badminton-sized court, specialized paddle, and ball. Equipment is available for use. Ages 12* & older. (12 & 13 welcome with an adult)

Piloxing

Ignite Circuit Training

Description: Registration Required. In this challenging, trainer led class you will burn fat, improve muscle definition and increase your cardio capacity. Dance to Disney

Description: (Registration Required) In this fun, high energy, technique-focused dance class, students will learn the basic concepts of modern dance including hip hop. They will also learn a dance routine to a popular Disney song.

Cardio Boxing for Adults

Deep Water Aerobics

Learn to Dance

Description: Get active while you learn to dance! Learn swing dance and foxtrot in this 7-week dance course. These two dance formats will prepare you for dancing at a wedding or any special event. No experience required. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!

Butts & Guts - Express

Y Stretch
