Equipment is limited - We highly recommend bringing your own. Ages 12* & older. (12 & 13 welcome with an adult) **Pickleball on Court 2 will not be available on days when there is no school.

Parkinson's P.E.A.K.

Description:  Parkinson’s PEAK (Positivity, Empowerment, Ability, Kinetic Activity) is designed to help individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s maintain an active lifestyle while striving for their highest level of ability. This specialized class focuses on cardiovascular exercise, power, flexibility, and balance to support overall mobility and well-being. Participants may attend with a caregiver if assistance is needed. 

Open Pickleball

Open Climb

Description: Climbing routes are changed every 6 weeks; routes range from beginner to expert. During open climb the Auto Belay System is used. Free to members; guests must purchase a day pass.

Creative Movement

Description: (Registration Required) This is an introduction to dance. The classes primary goal is to foster the love of movement. Learning basic ballet steps and working on large motor skills, following directions, creative play, spatial awareness, and rhythm.

Youth Track

Description: Registration Required. Whether your child is new to running or a seasoned athlete, this program offers a dynamic, supportive, team environment for them to thrive. Focusing on skill development, technique, and coordination, the YMCA Track Program will improve their running or help them gain endurance for other sports. Participants will spend 12 weeks preparing to compete at events in both the regional and state YMCA track meets. 2nd-5th graders | 5:30-6:30pm 6th-8th graders | 6:30-7:30pm
