Description: Recreational time for members & guests. Please be respectful of others who with to share the space. Cross-court basketball only, no full-court play during this time. Courts vary & subject to change, see posted schedule.

Rock Climbing, Beginner

March 18th, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Frequency: Every Week

Location: Rock Climbing Wall

Description: Climbers will learn basic equipment, skills, harness set-up and safety. They will use the auto belay system and be belayed by instructor throughout class. Climbers will set goals to achieve by the end of the session. Min. Age: 5 Registration Required

Youth Track

March 18th, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Location: Indoor / Outdoor Tracks

Description: Registration Required. Whether your child is new to running or a seasoned athlete, this program offers a dynamic, supportive, team environment for them to thrive. Focusing on skill development, technique, and coordination, the YMCA Track Program will improve their running or help them gain endurance for other sports. Participants will spend 12 weeks preparing to compete at events in both the regional and state YMCA track meets. 2nd-5th graders | 5:30-6:30pm 6th-8th graders | 6:30-7:30pm

Yoga

March 18th, 6:00 PM - 6:50 PM

Description: FREE to Members! Rejuvenate & improve flexibility, strength, vitality & energy. Some poses held to integrate breath work & self-awareness; some flow one-to-another with breath. All levels welcome. Bring your own yoga mat, if have one. (Drop-in)

Little Dribblers, 3-4 yrs

March 18th, 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Frequency: Every Week

Location: Courts 1 & 2

Description: (Registration Required) This class focuses on the fundamentals of shooting, ball handling, passing, post and perimeter play, footwork and pivoting drills, movement without the ball, and core training. First time players will receive a t-shirt.

Beginner Dribblers: 5-8 years old

March 18th, 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM

Frequency: Every Week

Location: Courts 1 & 2

Description: (Registration Required) This program will focus on the fundamentals of shooting, ball handling, passing, post and perimeter play, footwork and pivoting drills, movement without the ball, and core training. First time players receive a t-shirt.

Description: FREE to Members! Great starting point to tone & condition to develop strength and confidence. You’ll use a step platform, a bar and weights. Benefits: Burn up to 600 calories a class, Improve strength, Shape and tone muscles.

Adult Open Run Basketball

March 18th, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Frequency: Every Week

Location: Courts 3 & 4

Description: FREE to Members or with a day pass. Open run Basketball is designed for adult full court Basketball 5 on 5 games. This is a pickup game format. All participants are required to bring their own ball. (Drop-in)

Gentle Waves

Location: Warm Water Instructional Pool

Description: (Registration Required) Improve range of motion, flexibility, overall strength, & cardio fitness while decreasing pain & discomfort due to arthritis, fibromyalgia, or injury. Water supports your body leaving you to exercise effectively w/o pain.

Intermediate Dribblers, 9-14 yrs

March 18th, 7:15 PM - 8:00 PM

Location: Courts 1 & 2

Description: This class focuses on the fundamentals of shooting, ball handling, passing, post and perimeter play, footwork. At the end of training, all participants we'll play a pickup basketball game. First time players will receive a t-shirt.
